Regarding the delivery date of products at Herbby online shop, please check the following delivery method as it depends on the product and delivery method. Please note that this is a rough estimate, not a firm delivery date.

Delivery method

All items are shipped from Japan via Japan Post.

Our company offers the following shipping methods.

International e-packet : Air shipping. Total weight is limited to less than 2kg. It takes about 3~6 days to deliver the products

The total weight includes the weight of the packaging.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges will vary depending on the total weight of the items you have placed in your cart and the shipping method you selected.
The final shipping cost will be "gross weight", which is the sum of "total weight of goods" and "weight of the packaging".
Also, the handling fee is included in shipping charges of International e-packet light and Simple Package. (Handling fees: fees for document preparation, packing materials, etc. for overseas shipping)

Customs duty

If there is an initial failure or our company's mistake, we will accept the return within 7 days after the arrival of the item. In addition, as a general rule, we do not accept returns by your convenience.
